PAYMENT
Payment for a reiki session is due in full at time of service.
The initial meeting for doula services is at no charge. If you feel we are a good match, 50% of my fee is due to reserve your due date on my calendar; the remaining 50% is due at 37 weeks. If you sign me after your 37th week, payment is due in full.
I accept cash, or checks.
GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift Certificates are offered for reiki and doula services and are valid for six months after purchase date. To purchase a gift certificate, email me at morgane.richardson@gmail.com with the subject line “I want to buy a gift certificate!” Please include your name, the name of the recipient, what service or amount you would like to purchase, and any special instructions.
Please note, due to the nature of birth work, doula gift certificates are available based on your due date and my available schedule.
SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT
Appointments for Reiki can be scheduled via email. Please leave the best days and times that work for you, in addition to your name and best way to contact you. 24 hours advance notice is needed for appointments.
CANCELING AN APPOINTMENT
Kindly give 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations to avoid a cancellation fee.
For clients who do not show up to their scheduled Reiki appointment without a phone call, the full fee for service is due. For clients who call to cancel on the day of their appointment, 50% of the session is due. In order for me to keep my services affordable I need to be able to count on my bookings.
